The estimator will provide a visual inspection from the outside only, in-depth pictures, and a written report based upon his professional evaluation indicating the status of the roof as well as the remaining life of the roofing system. As this level of inspection is conducted from the outside only, it is not necessary for the homeowner to be present. This is helpful for those seeking an inspection, but find it difficult to be on property at a certain time.
The estimator will provide a visual inspection from both the roof above and inside the attic. He will provide close-up pictures at his discretion, drone photos of the roof as a whole, and a written report based upon his professional evaluation, indicating the status of the roof as well as the remaining life of the roofing system. This level of inspection does require someone over 18 years of age to be present, as the estimator will need to gain entry into the attic area for the evaluation. Our staff can secure a time most convenient for your schedule.
Clear Explanation and Estimate:
After the inspection, we will bring all gathered information back to the office to create the inspection report that day. It will be emailed to the email address on file as soon as it is complete. If any repairs are recommended, we will provide a clear, written estimate for repair.
